Zero Stars... Horrible staff!!! Incompetent to deal with people so why do they work there? I filled out my recertification online for September, my mom passed so with the funeral preparation and all I didn't have time to follow up with them. I checked back in October and it says my account is closed because I failed to reapply. Their main customer service department is another incompetent headache, I called several times and was told the local office had to contact me back because they have forwarded my application number and info to them. It's December 23rd 2020 and I still haven't received any letter or any form of info from them. Each time I call I am told the local office has to contact me . I even called and requested to speak to a supervisor who called me back 5 days later and she was worse than any of the staff I have spoken with. If you can't deal with helping people then why get a job that makes you deal with people? You can get another job that requires you to work behind the scenes because some of us are suffering out here. I have a job with a good pay but my family size is the reason I qualify for assistance so why do you have to be so rude to me because I've applied for assistance. Something needs to be done about the Whole DHS staff. They need to be made to understand that people who require assistance are humans too. I have decided not to follow up on it again I'll just struggle with my family done to be treated like dirt because of some couple of dollars I qualify for...

I got appointment from making a phone call, and got a letter to confirm it. I went there my appointment was @11 am, got there by 10:15 am, and I have work @3pm. They completely ignored me , and it wasn’t busy at all. Around 1 pm I asked why and when I can see them, she replied, “5 mins” and I was there till 4 pm. And I asked 3 times but same answered so I walk out. Very rude and nasty people. If they can’t do the job, why work there?
Poorest service and staff I have ever seen and known. so lazy, non-cooperative and rude. They never pick up the phone calls even if they do one in a thousands, they dont help. and even if you plead for help, they say ok but never happens. I just dont know why there is nobody to manage these personnel or supervise them. so disappointing.
The visit was swift. The service was efficient. I appreciated it very much. I had the most amazing caseworker who was effective and helpful. Her name is Ms. Ellis. Thank you again! You're awesome.
Considering they are very well organized and very kind and they tried to be as helpful as possible I don't like the parking half the time you can't even get it to work
