There are a plethora of choices for HVAC services, so many that I'm finding it difficult to state that Snell is the \best\ since I've only tried a couple of others. What I CAN say is that I've remained satisfied with Snell for many years. Michael, who came out yesterday for a routine inspection, is a great example of the professional technicians they employ.

Had Snell come out to do a Heating Tune-Up (59 special) and Jay did a great job of informing me about the system and it's condition. In addition, he let me know the water heater was on its last leg by pointing all of the faults out and recommended its replacement, something that wasn't even included but appreciated. I wound up scheduling the water heater replacement and in 2 days, replaced and good to go. Both technicians, Jay and Michael were professional and wearing protective gear the whole time. All in all great experience and will be using them in the future.

The technician spent a good amount of time examining and checking out the heating system. Was very nice and answered any questions. Not is a rush to get out of here like I often experienced with other services.
