This entire team is amazing in the way that they take of families and friends in one of the hardest times anyone can face. Chris Banks goes beyond customer service and totally steps into the role of making you feel like family. He treats others as he would a personal friend of family member. He and his peers genuinely care about everyone involved. The process is in stellar good taste. He is also a wealth of knowledge in handling all the details. My father in law passed away recently and we chose Tom Wages to handle all the arrangements and let me just say if we could give them a 10 star rating we would. The staff here is amazing and truly genuine to your needs handle the circumstances flawlessly. They took an extremely tough experience to go through much easier to handle and were all very compassionate. Andi was amazing and very heart felt and Donna as well! We will be forever grateful for your staff and how they helped us in such a trying time. I highly recommend if you want your loved one treated with care as well as you yourself you can not go wrong with this facility.
Tom Wages made one of the hardest days of our lives much easier. During Covid 19, life is hard enough. To say goodbye to the love of your life in a dignified and loving manner and stay safe at the same time takes warm, caring and experienced people. You will find that at Tom Wages. 5 Stars. Absolutely fantastic. It was a pleasure doing business with Tom M. Wages. From the moment we contacted them, they were comforting, respectful and professional. We had multi-state arrangements to make for our loved one, and their experience really helped us. Everything went smoothly on both ends. We feel like our loved one was properly taken care of, and our family appreciates and will remember the care and help they provided us during that very difficult and emotional process. We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. We are grateful to our loved one for pre-planning for this time. We are doing pre-planning as well, and have chosen Tom M. Wages to help us with those arrangements.
Chris was very helpful and respectful of our families needs ans wishes. He went out of his way to in regards to my late father-in law, He could not get a military honor guard but did provide a flag ceremony and taps, which meant a lot to my wife. Thank you Chris,
