It was a nice store. However, I didn't know when to go in. Because of covid I needed to make an appointment. When I arrived I had to let them know I was there in parking lot. They did not tell me when to go in. I am use to other businesses telling when to enter.

Timothy was awesome. But the front desk clerk literally threw my cable box and remote in boxes underneath the desk behind her. Comcast itself needs some better manners when it comes to how they treat long-time customers. But in this dispose-of-everything-after-a-year world, guess it is how things are done.

Kiara was very helpful. I was having an issue getting my modem at my new address and she assured me that they would get me straight...and they did. Getting my gigabyte speed internet at home now! Good job!

It took forever to get seen. There were only 4 people in the store and at least 10-12 employees and it took me almost an hour and a half to get out of there. All I was doing was exchanging a box and fixing my mobile phone which by the way still isn't fixed!
