I’ve gone to Sonja for lashes several times and I haven’t had any issues. But this last time I went I spent 150 and got the full volume set of lashes. 2 days later they started falling out. It has now been 5 days and they are over half way gone! I wasn’t able to get a refund although she did offer a free mini fill or a 50% off fill which I appreciate. I’m just on vacation and spent the money for pretty lashes through my vacation and that is not what I got. I’m not sure if it’s different glue or supplies but the service used to be awesome. I won’t be going here anymore and I hope this was helpful for all of her future clients. Just be careful and make sure it’s going to last before you pay the price. I haven’t tried her other services but I’ve heard she’s great. In response to the owners comment: I said 150 because I included the tip I gave you. I also am not giving this review because you denied my request for a refund. I am leaving this review because I am unhappy with the quality of service I received for the amount of money I spent, and I want to give a heads up to anyone just in case so this doesn’t ever happen again. One of my eyes almost has no lashes! It’s been 5 days! Not to mention, I’ve managed to keep them dry this whole time, and I haven’t worn any other makeup or anything that could affect the lashes. I’ve had extensions many times and haven’t had any issues like this, and I’m not doing anything out of the ordinary that would damage the longevity. I’m not shallow enough to leave a nasty review (mine was very friendly and considerate), and I wouldn’t ever leave a review based on a request denial. This was my first time at the spa was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it was. Very stylish and welcoming. Sonja was amazing. I've had extensions for 5 years and these look better than any I've had in the past. They are so natural looking and I am so happy with them. I definitely will be a frequent guest. Also, I will be going back to have other soap services! Thank you Sonja spa services lol
My eyebrows have never looked better! Sonja is super sweet and takes her time with everything, she's my go-to!
I am very happy with the lash extensions. Sonja is very nice and uses excellent products.
I went to Sonja today for the first time and she was wonderful! I will no longer be doing my own tinting.
