When it comes to the knowledge of your machine they are very good. When it comes to the training and the understanding of the software less knowledgeable. Yet they will still charge you. So it's a trade-off what do you want to get from them? Understanding of the mechanics? I can hire someone for that. Understanding of the software? You had better look to a CNC programmer who handles these machines daily. Otherwise you will pay a premium price for their technician to come learn on your software.

Awesome service!!!!!!!!!!! I called with an issue with a machine that they didn't sell me and their service tech spent A LOT of time on the phone and also over email helping me diagnose. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone looking foe CNC machine repair.
We have done three separate prototypes and all of them had very accurate cutting of our drone plates. Will continue to use them for our prototyping and small batches.
