Nope. They don't even care. They will take the word of a con artist for months let him skip court 3 times, bounce child support, so now I owe the state for my own child support????!!!!! Then issue a bench warrant but retract it because he said he was sorry. Has made 2 payments in 2 YEARS, and owes almost 25,000. They then have the balls to tell me that it is the judge who makes the decisions, when they are they ones making suggestions on how the violator is handled. Then I call to ask why they would let him off, and they tell me that I need to calk the state legislation? They didn't have to give him 4 days to go explain why he is so sorry and just hasn't paid just because he chooses not to work. No requirement to see any financials.... !!!!??? There is NO ACCOUNTABILITY and WHO DO ThEY WORK FOR, THE CHILD SUPPORT VIOLATOR??? ZERO STARS! Where is the #justiceforchildren ???? #wachildsupport #justice #immorality #walegislators
