Lifetime Heating and Air Conditioning installed a Trane XV80 furnace with an air purifier and a new 40 gal water heater with flood stop. Their technicians showed up on-time and did good work with the install. When they installed the water heater a valve on the existing plumbing broke and started leaking. This was not their fault as it was part of the existing infrastructure in an older house and it was going to leak no matter what. However, they replaced the valve with no extra charge. I was happy with the overall service and our furnace is much quieter and provides more consistent temperatures than our previous furnace. I would recommend this company.

When I work with companies that value and take pride in their service it is refreshing and at times rare to find. I recently wrote a poor review in trying to work with Lifetime Heating and cooling because of failed attempts at trying to get a quote on doing some work at my business. They instantly followed up and wanted another opportunity assuring me that is not the way they do business. Well, not did they make things right, they stood behind their over-site by offering a discount on their service. They did an excellent job and we will definitely be working with them again when we need additional work.

I had a great experience from start to finish with this business. My gas fireplace was not holding a flame properly so I had Lifetime come out to do general maintenance and take a look at this issue. They were recommended to me by another company when I was calling around to seek repairs and they were the cheapest price I was quoted for the maintenance and diagnosis (I called 3-4 other businesses). Scheduling was very easy. I had stressed the importance to the person I spoke to on the phone of mask-wearing in my home given the pandemic. I appreciated that she made me feel that Lifetime prioritized this as well. The technician (John) was communicative and on time and I was pleased that he did in fact keep his mask on the entire visit, wore gloves and also booties without me asking. He gave solid explanations and most importantly fixed my issue by making some adjustments. The fireplace now burns brighter and stronger and no longer shuts off randomly. He also cleaned the glass which I didn’t even realize had gotten dirty in the 2 years since our home was built. The service was cheaper than I expected and I felt was a good overall value. I would recommend and use again.

We had a UV air scrubber installed in the furnace, by Chance at Lifetime Heating, to help with the kid's allergies and it has helped her a lot. One of the best things I've done to improved the air quality within the home.
