We just got back from staying here for a long SuperBowl weekend 2020. The house is beautiful and a great location; the issue was nothing worked inside the house the entire 4 day trip. No elevator, no sauna, no hot tub, no hot water in the downstairs mater sink, broken coffee machine, and the shower control on the 2nd floor master fell off the wall. Maintenance was called, we even went to the Top of the World twice to see what could be done. Maintenance could only get the hot tub to 77 degrees. Once we got home, I did work with Director of Brigham's team and they did refund a small portion of the trip, but no where near what should have been refunded. These amenities were substantial and definitely impacted our trip. We will be back, we have been going several times a year for over 20 years now, but we will not be staying in this home., I do recommend looking at the other homes in Sanctuary.
Quick walk to the slopes or shuttle but quiet neighborhood!
