We have done business with this beauty supply store in the past,we keep coming back the prices are good They have such a wide variety of of products They handle so many weaves wigs Dyes for here they have plenty of staff to help you and the employees will actually stop what they are doing and help you find items. I really appreciate customer service and I'm not disappointed in this Establishment.

I usually go in there to get hair supplies and they always have everything I need. This time I was looking at the more expensive wigs they have and decided to give them a try. I usually order online but I needed something good ASAP. I asked for a specific wig that I saw on display. I looked thoroughly at the display prior to deciding to purchase because I’m very particular about my wigs. The wig I chose was 249.99. I took the wig home and guess what?! It was not the same wig at freaking all. The wig on display was much better quality. It was a lace front and long.i could part it anywhere. Those are things I normally look for in a wig. The wig I received had the same tag but the quality was poor. It started shedding as I took it out of the box. The biggest disappointment Is that it had a part in it. I couldn’t part it anywhere it came with a side part and definitely not true to length. I’m highly upset and disappointed especially since they will not return items due to covid. I feel deceived. And I will never shop here again. I will find some place that is honest with their customers. Very nice people that work here but I’m not impressed by this trick they’re doing. Their displays do not match what you get from them.

They still had a lot of stuff on sale...8 bundles for 50.00 my irons were 9.99...etc...great deals! Go by and check them out!!

What a great place for all your beauty needs. Went into the store for the first time this morning to buy my first wig. The young lady who helped me was so sweet and kind and so helpful. She showed me how to put them on and care for them. I will definitely be back to buy another wig from them. The prices are pretty good as well.
