(2-1-21). Had a bad experience with Soap Cleaners that I discontinued my patronage. They initially were willing to deliver my clothes, but after a couple of deliveries, that decided to discontinue this personal service. Tom commented because I already paid in advance, delivery will be limited to front desk only. I had over 20 items and Tom handed the heavy clothing to Angelica. The clothes was too heavy for her so needed my help. Tom walked away leaving her to struggle with the laundry. Very selfish, inconsiderate and unprofessional on Soap Tree Cleaners behalf.

Strongly recommended for those who look for a clean and new store. I passed by the shop 2 weeks ago and decided to give it a try as it was new and convenient for me. It was quite surprising that both staff and owner were really nice which I could hardly find in Midtown Houston. The staff at the front desk provided me with a free coffee even though I just brought 2 dress shirts. The shirts were returned in excellent condition and pretty clean. 5/5 for this shop.
Love this shop. Superb services. Great location with free parking at its own car park. I was there for the first time a month ago and have been using its delivery services since then through its easy-to-use app. I would rate Soaptrees as the best laundry shop in town.
