I would give them zero stars if I could. I’ve been a client for nearly 4 months I have not had one drop of alcohol in over 100 days I’ve had 3 false positives in that time that the evaluation department and toxicologist both say were consistent with alcohol consumption (don’t ever pay the extra hundred dollars for the toxicologist they sent the report to them and it was signed that they approved the evaluation department assessment in less than 10 minutes after they received the fax which means they didn’t even look over the report). They claim it only detects mouth alcohol however hand sanitizer was gotten on the case by one of my students never on the device at all but still registered a .089 nearly an hour later dropped to a .014 after 15 minutes and still said it was consistent with alcohol consumption which according to their eliminate rate charts would be impossible. Luckily I wised up and went immediately for a blood test which showed no alcohol detected for the last 36 hours. If you use this system and ever get a positive go immediately to get a blood test to cover you I didn’t originally because I knew I hadn’t drank and assumed the evaluation would come back that way and when it didn’t I had missed my window of opportunity to have blood give an accurate result which caused me to lose my kids for an additional 2 months.

The technology is so advanced, and an excellent way to monitor a person trying to get sober. It has kept a family member of mine honest and accountable towards getting back on the straightforward path.
