Ryan the service person was recommended to me. This was the first time I used Southern Cal Climate Control. Ryan was very enthusiastic and honest. We were happy with the service and Ryan. We plan on using them again. The low price for the service was an added bonus..

Company provided a guarantee of job to be completed on a certain day, basically stopped working and had to come back at another time. Relayed our frustrations to our rep (Reese) and stated that the manager would get back to us(no follow up). Tried their office to file a complaint and got the same response from (Tony) said Mike(the owner) would get back to us again no call back or response. Also left out house a mess with all the boxes scattered all over our living room while we had guests. Day after our electrical panel developed issues and our appliances stopped working. No response after this complaint either... we will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Also over charged us compared to others please steer clear if you don’t want any headaches or a decent job that’s not overpriced.

Doug was great! We have a whole house fan which is not common here. He rolled with it and fixed our issue and then checked our AC. He was a professional and I would highly recommend him!

I almost didn't use them because of bad reviews on Yelp. I am so glad I communicated that to them, and the owner phoned me. From the date of my initial contact with them, they were my favorite company. Even over the company who had installed the HVAC unit I'd had for 25 years, and had serviced the unit for those 25 years. My point being DO NOT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS, YOU SIMPLY CANNOT PLEASE EVERYONE ALL THE TIME. SOME ARE INCAPABLE OF EVER BEING PLEASED. They met the price I knew was fair to them and me, installed the brand I wanted, got it done with crane and all in half a day. Everyone is very helpful, and I mean from the schedulers to the owner and everyone in between. I did my homework and was not an easy sale. They were 1 of 6 estimates, not the lowest or highest, but more than willing to negotiate. I have already referred them to a close family friend, and will refer them to anyone in need of any of the many services they provide. The Company who installs your HVAC is more important than the brand of the unit. Search no more So Cal Climate are the best, and I will use them for the 25 years I will have this unit. Wait I will be like 78, LOL!

I used Lowes HVAC instillation program to set up a quote but the person that came to give me a quote was a straight salesman. I asked for an AC instillation quote and he was just bad mouthing it, promoting a mini split unit which sounded ok but it was pricy, he said ac could not be done at my property but I got two other quotes saying otherwise and they are currently finishing up the AC installation. He made up his mind even before he arrived at the property. He was hard of hearing which was difficult to communicate with. also he did not know how to use the device he brought to show me different products he spent the better part of 5 minutes trying to figure out the devices problem and he couldn't answer any questions I had in the mean time because he was so focused on the device not working. Would not recommend this company if you want to get an AC installed. Seems like they are partnered with a mini split ac company that they promote to potential customers and try and push as many as possible. Just a bad experience overall.
