Held 32 minutes listening to music and an occasional voice message and then heard ringing and got cut off. Called back and the same thing happened after 28 minutes... holding for 1 hour and nothing to show for it.

I sent my form of identification and my sons shot records 2 months ago in the same envelope and somehow they said they received his record but not my form of identification . Then I mailed My birth certificate , his birth certificate , a photo ID and more forms of identification to prove that i am the parent a month ago and somehow they STILL havent received it . Everytime I call they act like they don't know what I’m talking about and everyone says something different. Terrible service and I cant even get a hold of the supervisor if i can rate 0 stars I would. I dont usually write reviews but they have been giving me terrible service!!!

Extremely fast service. Waited about 15 minutes and it took me about 10 more minutes to fill out my social security card application. The online appointment system works great too! Would recommend to anyone needing assistance in the Victoria, TX area!
