I thoroughly enjoy living at SofA Downtown! The staff is also fantastic and super helpful. I have to brag on Jennifer & Quincy who goes out of their way to make your day better and always has a smile on their face. The amenities are phenomenal, and the property is managed very well. I would recommend living at SofA Downtown!

I lived at SOFA for more than a year and it was the best experience! The staff is friendly and always available. The maintenance techs are top notch and I never had any problems. I’d leave a higher ranking then 5 stars (like 10 stars) if I could, and I would def. recommend friends and family! Best apartments in Del Ray and it’s not even close.
I absolutely love living here! It is 1 of the best—if not the best—apartment communities I’ve lived in. The amenities are amazing (nice pool area, high-end appliances, nice finishes, spacious rooms!) and the location just cannot be beat! I could go on & on about how professional the front office & maintenance staff is...because considering the fact that GOOD customer service is hard to come by these days, I just appreciate being well taken care of as a tenant and never feeling like my tenancy is taken for granted.
Sofa Delray is such a great property. The staff was always very helpful and willing to assist. It’s a great community of people. I love that they’re pet friendly and they did a great job with keeping the property up.
Love it here. Recently renewed my lease too. Friendly & responsive staff as well. Yesterday I put in a maintenance request and it was fixed the same day. Great community & neighbors. Will be renewing when the time comes for sure
