These guys are the real deal. Did my job and delivered as promised. I would highly recommend.
Joe gave me great customer service, explained how he would polish and reupholster my steering wheel and delivered the wheel in 2 days as agreed. He worked extra hard to remove all the many scratches on the aluminum wheel. The service was a bit pricey, but the work was show quality and looks great as the picture shows.
Brought in my 2009 BMW M3 to have the interior restored and did a great job. The peeling plastic trim is now good as new. The car is my daily driver so very happy to have the car again like new. I recommend them for restoring the interior of your late model car.
Left my 86' Porsche 911 to get the interior done. They did it better than factory was very pleased with the outcome. Very professional. Would recommend again.
Work comes out like factory as promised. Left a steering wheel, was not disappointed. Owner is honest about what he can and cannot do.
Not recommended. Left a bucket seat back cover to repair a tear. They only did a partial repair of the tear and stained my cover with some epoxy-type material. Then they claimed the stain was there when they got the cover. Stay away from Soft Side Trim.
Waste of time and money. Wish I had never committed my seat upholstery job to Softside. Seat covers looked no better when I picked them up after 4 weeks compared to when I dropped them off.
