Was dealing with a young sales rep when i bought my tile to remodel the whole bathroom. The guy was very nice and respectable and a pleasure to do business with. He recommended I buy more tile than I originally needed just to make sure I have enough, and told me if I need to return it, there won't be an issue. A month later I finished my remodel, came into the store to return some tile, spoke to an older sales rep (i think he was one of the partners), and told him I need to return 4 boxes which is about 48sq ft of tile, not the end of the world. The guy asked me when I bought it, I replied "December" and asked me what month is it now, I replied "January" and instantaneously said, I can't accept it, it's been a month. So, no matter if I bought it at the end of December and came in mid Janaury, it's been a month. After that he started telling me how he would also charge me for restocking fees of 25% and bringing the tile back late, another 20%. End result; quick to take your money, but after that you are on your own, they don't even honor their own commitments! Don't do business here. That older gentlemen is a liar, and every time he lies, he blinks his eyes...very nasty individual.

I purchased many items from Sola during my renovation. They are pleasant to deal with, offer wide range of quality products and decent pricing. They deliver on time and have a local warehouse, so you usually don't have to wait long. However be careful when accepting delivery of items. Properly examine them before signing for the delivery or picking up from the store. They will not accept returns. I had one slightly damaged piece that I picked up from the store. When I called to ask if they would replace it. They told me since there is no evidence whether the item was delivered damaged or if my contractor broke it while trying to install it, they wouldn't replace it. I can see their point and I'm not sure whether this is standard practice for this type of business. But I certainly didn't expect that especially considering the many thousands of dollars I spent with them, and this being a relatively cheap item under 500. With such a policy in place they should encourage you to check the item at the time of delivery/pick up, but they don't. My otherwise great experience was sightly spoiled by this issue.
Very unprofessional. They talking to you like they doing you a favor. Very rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Just left there 5000. And they treat you like sh..... the worst experience ever.
I don’t recommend this place to anyone. As it was previously said the staff needs to work in Russian store cutting cold cuts. The staff is rude. We bought kitchen floor tiles from them and before buying asked to take one tile for sample which they refused to give it to us. Then after we bought the tiles which didn’t match our kitchen cabinets we decided to return for which he said we have to pay restocking fee which we weren’t informed about. They agreed to sent someone to pick up the tiles and till this day we still waiting for someone to pick them up. Every day they tell us someone will pick them up and nothing happens. And now they tells us they don’t have money to return to us Everything they say is a lie. They don’t know how to conduct business at all. THEY DESERVE TO STARS AT ALL.
Great location for finding tile and fixtures for home. Will visit again. Easy to find parking
u200b Excellent service and massive selection in this store. I wanted to remodel my bathroom and the staff at Sola made it quick and fun. Very knowledgeable staff who helped me with everything including the plumbing and the design. Highly recommend this store!
