My 5K PV system was down. Inverter had a flashing green light and a solid red light. My installer was out of Orlando and out of business. The first company I spoke with could not send somebody out for several weeks. I called Solar Impact and spoke with Alex. She talked me through the reset procedure (switch off at the Inverter and at the fuse panel) . A few minutes later, my system was back up. Thanks Alex!

Solar Impact is the best out there. Period. Everyone I have encountered has been professional, intelligent, and kind. They were very easy to work with. Hats off to Bryan, Richie, and Brian. They installed my 10-kw system on time and with in budget. Very straight forward. You can tell that they like what they do for a living. I had several companies come out to my home to bid on my solar project. Solar Impact was the only one that got on my roof. They got the drone out too. They took the time to analyze and customize to my specific solar needs. Writing this review thanks to solar power and our Tesla powerwall! Our power goes out a few times a week. Sometimes it's for just a few seconds and other times, longer. I work from home, so I'm pretty dependent on electricity to get my job done. We reached out to Solar Impact for a solar panel system paired with a Tesla powerwall. We'd done some research so we knew the value in the investment we were making, and we also knew it would be an INVESTMENT (expensive). Haydn at Solar Impact was friendly, professional and a wealth of information. He provided us a few different options and advised us on what he would do in our situation. He was always quick to respond to questions via email or phone, which we greatly appreciated. Solar Impact also helped us finance a portion of our payments, directly with them, until our tax rebate comes in. They helped make this project not feel so big to take on. The install went perfectly and we are so proud of our system! Plus, we've gotten quite a bit of use out of it since our install. No more extension cords through the house or loud generators during hurricanes. AND no scared kids, as all the lights, night lights and fans in their rooms run off the powerwall. When our power goes out due to a storm, it seamlessly switches over to solar. Thank you to Solar Impact for making this an easy decision for us!
