(Posting on all Solara pages) I have used this company for a few years now and I am beyond upset with them. I have had to waste so much of my time trying to get issues they caused to be fixed. I have had to explain my insurance program multiple times and they charged my credit card without permission. Customer service used to be helpful but now they just tell you they can't help you and stop any possible help from that point on. They have also held on to my orders for no reason. I have had to call multiple times to get an ETA on an order for items that I was out of (because they wouldn't send them for an auto-order) and I could basically hear them shrug over the phone like it wasn't their problem. If you have any other options, use them.

If this is your insurance's authorized medical supplier, change insurance or demand they authorize another supplier. I've been dealing with medical suppliers for decades. This one is by far the worst. Called in an order for a CGM 2.5 weeks ago and found out today they haven't even sent the order for authorization yet. This isn't the first time they've done something like this, either.
I have left voicemails, callback requests and sent emails, and I find their customer service atrocious - no one has responded to any of my requests for assistance. Their on-line app is a joke. I ordered CGM sensors over a week ago and was told the shipping would be expedited. Not only have I not received them, but I can’t get someone to return my calls or send an email to find out the status of the shipment. I have shared my dilemma with my endocrinologist’s office and will request to use another company that provides diabetic supplies.
