I DON'T recommend any one working with this company. I dropped my trailer off in January 2020 after speaking with Matt. I gave him over 3000 to begin the work. I made numerous attempts to get status on progress of work. But had less than 20% success. In March I made a trip from Florida to check on trailer only to find nothing had been started.i attempted to contact Matt at beginning of may and had no luck. So again I made a trip back from Florida only to find again nothing was started. So I returned in mid may to pick up my trailer. I learned Matt had not ordered any materials to do modifications. He didn't even have the money I gave him nor was he able to return it at the time. And he had no idea when he could. So it goes without saying, I am NOT happy. PLEASE SHARE WITH OTHERS.

I live in another state and was given a strong recommendation for Solares Trailers in Hemet for a non profit group that I am involved with. The salesperson I worked with was quick to take our money but was slow to respond to request and updates. The trailer was 2 months behind schedule and after driving 7 hours to pick it up it was unfinished. It took another month and half to get parts that were promised and I’m still waiting for a refund for the unfinished work. John’s ethics hits rock bottom

I worked with Matt Castro on trying to find a trailer to meet my needs. He was phenomenal to work with and answered the million questions I had at every turn. He always responded quickly and helped me find what fit my needs the best. With my work schedule he was more than happy to work with me both over the phone and via email. It is a rarity these days to actually find a business that believes in customer service but he truly does. If you look for a trailer ask for Matt.

Purchased trailer within several months drove through a hard rain paint came off fenders and rails leading to hitch, Jonathan owner promised to reimburse for repair, that was over 2 years ago never got a dime. In addition when taking delivery of trailer receiver for trailer lights was not correct they had no parts I had to spend several hours driving around Hemet and had another trailer supply re wire so I would have lights. Go with the big boys Texas trailers etc anybody but Solares
