Setting is provided by hotel. We are in 2018, yet water was served in disposable plastic cups, and straws!!! ( poolside policy) With so much at the forefront on environmentalism, and plastic pollution everywhere, I expected more from this establishment. At least coffee was served on reusable plastic cups. All and all better settings at any corner cafe. Hint.. Melamine is reusable. Could not find coffee or tea drink menu. Felt there was Zero wow factor for food presentation. I had the croissant sandwich, a fair portion, tasted good, but not memorable. My son ordered a smoothie, also in a plastic cup, was ok. His bacon order was overcooked to burnt. He asked for a less burnt piece and kitchen promptly sent 3 new pieces, but also burnt. Service was very good and friendly. Next time I hope......

Amazing food. My buddy and I tried a bit of everything. It all came out at different times which was perfect because we ordered so much. Good customer service.

Excellent service right next to the pool! All of us loved our lunch - kid's cheeseburgers and chicken strips, watermelon and burrata salad, and a turkey BLT. The Mexican corn was amazing, too. There were so many choices on the menu so there is truly something for everyone.

Wolfgang prices for very ordinary food. What a rip off.

We had lunch twice at Solaro, under the poolside patio at Palazzo Vegas, and I thoroughly enjoyed both meals. In fact, I ordered the Caesar Salad with grilled chicken each time, because it was THAT good. My first visit was with our large group of about 18. Our wait was brief, while the hostess & busboys slid together tables & chairs. Unfortunately, we weren't able to sit all at one table, but that was fine. The servers for both tables seemed a bit overwhelmed at first, but eventually they were caught up with our drinks & food orders - they were very attentive the whole time. My second visit was with a couple... 3 of us total. No wait at all, and our server was very present, as well. He even filled up my outside water bottle for me. My friends also ordered what they'd enjoyed on our prior visit, and were not disappointed this time, either. Prices seemed high (my salad was 22), but this IS Vegas, and my company was paying. I also noticed they have a takeout window for sunbathers. But, with the 115 temps we had in Vegas that week, idk why anyone would want to eat in the blazing sun, when Solaro offers covered seating with fans & misters (only time I appreciated that *dry heat* - the covered shade was almost bearable). The food was consistently very good here, and portions were satisfying. Also, the drinks I had with both meals were fantastic. Hopefully, it's obvious that I will dine here again.

My friend and I ate here for lunch. She had a kale salad that literally did not have a single piece of kale. I had a veggie burger that was listed as not having cheese, but I found out halfway it did have cheese so now I'm going to be sick. Waiter did nothing when I told him.
