We were in the area and stopped here for lunch. We had a bowl of Black bean chili, the Falafel Salad and the Papa's Portobello wrap. There was seating outside and the weather cooperated with that. It was awesome!

I visit this conscious kitchen periodically, especially when I was working in the area. As a vegetarian, they have a wide plethora of lunch cuisines that are tasty. I love their kitchen and space culture. Its been awesome to see them grow and try new things. Definitely a Solon go to. In love with their Falafel

Really good food at a very reasonable price. Everything tastes very fresh and the flavor combinations are great. The soups are excellent. My wife and I randomly stopped here while we were in town and it was great!

Munch is all-around amazing! You can taste how fresh all of their ingredients are in every bite! The owner(s) are always on site, and happy to walk you through their menu and specialties, and answer any questions you may have. You can tell that everything is made fresh in their kitchen just by the taste. I have ordered sandwiches, melts, pastrami, falafel... and everything has always exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere at Munch is also great - they provide a colorful, relaxing place to eat your lunch, with local art (and yes, it’s for sale!) hanging all over the walls. They practice sustainability, by wrapping all of your food to go in paper, rather than styrofoam or plastic, and they serve their drinks in glass jars. OH! - and they make fresh-infused water daily for no extra charge! Just grab a jar and fill it up, pop a squat, and enjoy a delicious meal. 5 stars! This restaurants sets the standards for what every restaurant should aspire for... a truly ethically-run business, and top notch food. Happy to spend my money here and support local! ️ Love Munch! Wow wow a plant based eaters dream!! There was quite a wait on a Friday night despite being on the google waitlist, but we were able to snag a table by the bar (open seating). I went for the impossible burger which was delicious. Tried the crevice as an appetizer which at first I was skeptical of but it ended up tasting great! There are so many things on the menu I can't wait to go back and try.
