This company sold me a laptop thst stated it worked 100%. When I received it as a gift for my nephew it doesn't download ANYTHING. It's 3 years old yet needs an update that it supposedly cannot get. How?? Why would you sell a laptop that cant download? So I contacted them to get \ sorry your 30 day money back ended. Try calling google\. Like, are you kidding?? What kind of company is this? How the hell do you advertise something saying it works great that doesn't. Just fix it or give me my money back. I recommend to stay away from here.
