Price Contract Means Nothing! In their contract it states that they can raise their prices at any time. They never notify you of the increase, they just raise the price on your invoice. If you do not contest the price increase in 30 days, you have accepted the price increase. Towards the end of our contract with them, they started to ship things that we never requested and had never purchased. The product was noted as refused on the pick ticket/invoice, and accepted by Aramark employee. Aramark still insisted that we owed as we had signed the invoices. They also issued us a 4,000.00 invoice for rugs that had been supposedly lost and damaged by our company. We requested proof of the loss/damaged rugs signed by our employees. After two months of fighting, they wrote the invoice off. In regards to the product shipped and refused, we were sent to collections. As the e-mails and letters that I had sent were not certified and may never have been received by an Aramark employee, we had to settle and pay half to close the collection. So be aware! Check your invoices as soon as you get them. Send certified letters to prove that you contacted them.
Amazed at the lack of accountability within this organization. DM showed up completely unprepared to discuss the account. Did not even have a business card with him. Still has not gotten back to me to re-schedule meeting. Their contracts allow for two rate increases per year. On track to spend 2x vs 2016. In the short time DM was he all he wanted to do was sell account insurance. What a racket.
One of the worst companies to deal with seldom get back the same number of work clothes I turn in. My boss has had to make a special trip to pick up pants for me the last two weeks. Out of 11 pair of paints Two weeks in a row got \0\ like none back!!
