I use AK all the time. As a Realtor, they do the majority of termite inspections for us. AK is also my go-to for mold inspections and remediation. When work is needed, they are the best price and quality. They are also honest and will tell you when work isn't needed and will discuss lower cost options. AK also does the routine pest control at my own home. Their quarterly treatments are very affective and a great price! When I give a referral, my name and reputation is attached to it. I am 100% confident to attach my name to an AK referral.

I have been using AK Pest for about a year. I absolutely love this business!! The people are friendly, courteous and just overall awesome! I initially contacted them because my mouse situation became a mice situation....it was out of control. Now it’s under control! They also spray monthly for mosquitoes and other bugs. I’ve never had a bad experience and Mark, Wendy and Harrison are like family!
This company is the best. They are honest, reliable and ALL of their staff, office and technicians, are so easy to work with. They show up on time, do the job, and explain what they are doing. Can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!! I would never use anyone else.
