Really tough to review this one. I dropped off a quartered and field dressed bull elk and head. I requested the bones back and just a basic cut and wrap job. What I received back was what looked like most of my elk back with a questionable wrap job and no bones (apparently the ranch dogs got into them). When I returned home I found that none of the back straps were actually back straps (they were chunks of neck meat), all of the meat had hair in it(more than I dropped it off with), and there was less than 200lbs total. I’d stay away until they get their act together, which is really unfortunate since they’re right in 521 where I hunt regularly.
