This was our first time here, but definitely not our last! It was authentic, comfort, and delicious. From the pretzel app to the potato pancake, to the foot long pretzel bun dog and finished it off with the German apple cake!

We got a pretzel, Spaetzle, Schnitzel and Currywurst. The Bratkartofeln were perfection, as was the Sauerkraut. The Spaetzle, Schnitzel and sausage were also be delicious. My only critique would be that they need an actual curry sauce for the Currywurst. The curry ketchup they use is too weak. This causes disappointment, but it should be easy enough to remedy. The outdoor seating was cozy and private. Each booth has an umbrella table, dividers and a heater. Well done!
Nails the German theme, has a wide selection, and everything I tried was very high quality. I would go back; maybe not frequently because of the prices (there I go again--my budget and Somervilledon't match), but it's a solid choice for a hangout.
This place is worth trying. They serve big portions for convenient prices. Constantly well organized and with awesome vibes. Will come back again.
