They were very nice to us when we ordered and even allowed us to change the item before it was finished cooking. The food is excellent, the meat is tender and the rice is amazing. Their mint lemonade Is great as well. They gave us a free dessert because we said we weren't from the area and we were recommended by a friend. Overall a wondeful experience :)

absolutely delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced middle eastern/mediterranean food in the heart of downtown somerville! my husband and i ordered the lentil soup, greek salad, falafel platter, veggie platter, baklava, basbosa, and a mint lemonade to go (we were hungry) and everything was superb!! veggies were so fresh, falafels were crunchy yet soft (not oily at all) and the desserts were heavenly! cannot recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back soon.
The first experience was great! We can't wait to go back for more! The chicken and rice was amazing with just the right amount of heat. Everything was fresh. The baklava was really good too.
This place is legit good. The sandwich I got was good but the platter was fantastic. It's a ton of food for the money and everything was delicious. The baklava was pretty good too. The owner is super nice and gave us some of the juices to try, and a macaroon. I honestly have to say it was one of the best macaroons I've had- moist and really good coconut flavor. I definitely want to try their other desserts.
Excellent seasoning skills! Food so fresh. Desserts amazing. Sobia and mango beverages are way on point!!! Go for the meat combo. The spices are not hot-extremely savory and lovely. Customer service-felt like I had been there before. So proud of this business!
Friendly staff, good portion size and moist and tender meat! I ordered the chicken platter and combo platter and both were delicious. The baklava was also very tasty and I'll definitely be trying out their other desserts. Definitely coming back! Side note: The hot sauce here is sweeter, way tastier, and more pleasantly spicy than what you get at Halal Guys. I usually only get 1 or 2 lines at Halal guys because it's pretty spicy but never liked the flavor.
The food was amazing and great portion sizes. Got lentil soup the first time and a chicken shawarma platter the second. The desserts are delicious as well. Owner is super nice! Will definitely be going back!
Reminds me of the halal I used to have in the city, albeit with more options and more fresh tasting. Had to try the classic chicken platter and it did not disappoint. Freshly prepared drinks were an added bonus. Looking forward to trying their other food and fresh desserts!
