Everything about NSC is wonderful--Thomas especially. He is so kind and welcoming, he remembers every name and every face, and every price and transaction is fair. I have been a customer/contributor for years and he has just been amazing since the beginning. Whenever I am back in town, I try to bring in accessories for him to sell--those are what bring in the money!! To compare his store to the big consignment corporations--they will give you the lowest price for your items and will only take pieces that are in style right now. You get cash up front, but it's not ever much. Thomas knows what sells and what doesn't, and gives you 50% of the sale price thatgoea into your own personal account. There have been many occasions I have gotten large checks! If you are in the area, you need to get over to NSC!!

New Start is a fun little shop in downtown Somerville that is packed with beautiful items. They have some of everything! I have been a customer for many years and have always enjoyed going there. Thomas runs a really nice business and he is a pleasure to deal with.
