Honest. I would come back. These guys identified the problem with my asus but told me it would be too expensive to fix. They removed the hard drive for free so I could recover my data and sent it on my way. It's a small operation and sometimes the communication could be better, but they're honest and direct, which I really appreciate.

I had a wonderful experience with Mario when my old computer's hard drive died without having been backed up (I know, I know). Even though the odds were against it, Mario was able to recover all of the pictures and documents that I had saved on there, which were very important to me. His price was beyond reasonable. I would very happily return to Somerville Computers to have more work done on my computer if I need it. Highly recommend!

Why charge for a computer diagnostic when it was simply an issue with the external hard drive cord? They could have easily diagnosed the problem, but instead just hunted for some quick . Not helpful at all and not cool.
