Some of the staff is friendly and informative but the others completely lack the customer service skills to be engaging with the public. Overall, I had more positive than negative experiences at this location but, there is much room for improvement.
Dont even waste your time trying to visit. All they are going to do is give you the list of phone numbers that they never answer. I've been calling the same numbers for a month and a half now and still can't get through to anyone, I'm starting to think that they just turned the phones off at this point.
The absolute worst experience, and still no assistance after 6 months. we cant get through on the phone and went to the office every time they claimed to be open, the google times still shows them as opened and yet they are not. we are broke and still haven't been able to even file. someone help us!
Horrible. Lost my job during Covid and Ive been calling everyday for 3 weeks and I can not get in contact with anyone. The place opens at 8:30AM on the phone at 8:25AM going through the automated system. Once It hits 8:30AM I am told due to the high volumes of calls they can not take my call.
