Communal fondue and hotpot cooking at the table, great fun for a group. Cheese fondue appetizer course, good salad selection for second course if you want it, hot seasoned broth pot cooking main course, chocolate fondue dessert course. More food than you can eat, and refills on veggies and dessert. Specialty drinks, decent wine menu. Warm, semiprivate ambiance for family special occasions and couples romance. Attentive servers.

The service was very good and thorough. The food, sauces, cheese, and chocolate were delicious. I would most definitely come again. The atmosphere was calming, soothing, and wasn't loud. I'd recommend it for anyone. The server's name was Matt. He was good.
This was my first time eating at the melting pot. I found it to be a great overall experience. Service was top notch. The food was very well prepared and presented. My favorite was the Spinach artichoke cheese fondue. The default cooking style is a broth but we picked the oil cooking style and all the food tasted great. Definitely recommend the oil cooking style. We will be back.
Food and concept is really good. after choosing your food, choose a cheese to dunk it in. You then choose your main entree meat seafood and/or veggies and a liquid to cook them in. Then you choose your chocolate and they bring out a variety of delicious dunking materials, pieces of brownies, fruit, Pound cake, marshmallows and rice Krispy treats. Try and save some l room. The whole experience takes a some time and is little pricey but worth it.
Started off by being seated within 5 minutes which was great. We then were greeted by our server Mike who explained everything and how it worked. Answered all of our questions in regards to how it worked. Was extremely nice, professional and helpful! Food was great and service was great. We had a great night and will come again soon. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
My Husband and I went here for Valentine's Day. The place was jam packed and the staff were trying to do an excellent job catering to everyone. Our server explained everything very well and we did enjoy the food. It is a bit expensive, but worth the experience. I have to say probably not for everyone. Some may not like the fondue style of cooking. Will definitely be back.
Food wasn't that good, chocolate fondue was delicious but wasn't a big fan of the cheese or entree fondue. I've had better. They only allow you 2 hours at the table. We were seated quick and service was OK. Waiter took a while to refill our drinks and he kept putting our utensils directly on the table as opposed to putting it on a plate or napkin, we found that a little gross. You need to make reservations ahead of time. It wasn't a very authentic experience, wouldn't come here again.
Michael was outstanding waiter. The food pairings were delicious thanks to Michael's recommendations. If you like a fun family dinner that also includes great food - this is the place to go. Ask for Michael to enhance your most certainly positive experience.
