Here is a company I have handed over my rental property to handle. They take care of all the responsibilities that go along with rental property. They have done a great job taking care of my properties. Whether it's paperwork, collecting money, evictions, and paying bills. They do it all!! There property managers are very hard workers and have good work ethics. It's so nice not to deal with any of the headaches or problems associated with my properties. Just look into your bank account and see your investment working for you. That's what they can do for you!!
Maintenance is somewhat hard to get a hold of via email, but is prompt to answer the phone. The place is old, so sure, bugs can get in, but this is New Orleans, there will be bugs! I like that rent is taken out automatically from my account. I would recommend.
They were exceptional in many ways. They are prompt to answer phone calls and emails. They are straight forward about what the property needs in order to show. All paperwork was meticulously executed and they found a qualified tenant in just a couple of weeks. We cannot say enough about our great experience with Soniat Realty.
