Asked for a combo with a shake and was charged individually for everything which means I paid more was very specific with the shake even correcting the order taker when it was displayed on the screen wrong...banana shake with real strawberry pieces not strawberry flavoring and got a strawberry shake instead with a literal half a banana in the bottom of the cup should've went across the street to whataburger
Hamburger was cold. If cooked properly I should have received it pretty warm. It was 80 degrees outside today. Chicken nuggets and tater tots were good.
I have always loved Sonic. Sonic is one of those places where the food is only matched by it’s customer service. I’ve been to Sonic for quite some time now because of said customer service and friendliness but, recently I went to the Sonic here at 7th St and McDowell where the customer service just does not compare. IT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND!! The person who took my order was named Gaby. She was a kind soul who spoke with such diligence and kindness. When I asked about questions I had about the menu she was nothing but helpful making sure I understood and my question was throughly answered. She was patient and I could tell she takes customer service as priority. My order came fast and everything was there. Gaby really is a great employee and that’s due not only to the amazing peers she had to train her but her own personal experience. I recommend this Sonic 10/10 if you’re looking for a great place with great employees!
Quick, fast, easy. Food always tastes good, and you can't go wrong with the tater tots! I tried the cold brew iced coffee for the first time and was pleasantly impressed.
