I have ordered several radios, amps, wires etc.. from sonicelectronix and have never had a problem. They have great prices which makes it affordable for me to have nice sound systems in all my cars. They have great customer service and there website and products are great!! Just ordered a Jensen vx7020 can't wait for it to get here!

This business is NOT worth dealing with. I placed an order online and it was confirmed after checking out. Several days later they sent an email saying they need more information. Told to call. Sat on line for 30 minutes after they said it would be six minutes and gave up. Have sent several emails since that don't get answered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
Make that 2 negative Reviews, there's clearly some disorganization going on when products ordered at the same time are arriving separate I was supposed to receive my stereo and speakers together and I'm still waiting for my stereo , how is it that the item almost triple the size arrives before, tracking is not working and I still don't know where it is i bought it as a gift for myself for my birthday this month If this isn't fixed I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here bad first impressions. Btw I agree with Wes they must filter there reviews never saw mine on there either. You won't see anything lower than 3 stars and reading Google reviews alone it doesn't add up bad business.
as you can tell I think I have bought 19 times so I think you guys are very good . now after saying that. I have a problem with my 95 prelude my orion speakers I bought will not fit so I need some kind of custom boxes or something to hold 4 very large 6.5 speakers on the back deck to big to fit in normal cut out in the deck can you help me what can I do

A speaker mix up to start with but, correct speakers were sent, installed, and I'm very satisfied. I recommend Sonic Electronix.
Ordered online and supposedly was in stock at the minute then 5 days later i get a call saying its back ordered.. Sucks because i need it tomorrow and it was supposed to arrive today. I've had way better experiences with other companies.
I've emailed this company about a subwoofer for a price beat and the first reply they said that Walmart was not an authorized retailer for that brand so I looked for another website with a lower-cost to beat the price and I emailed that to them and then they replied that they didn't have the item in stock but it shows on their website that it is in stock and every time I tried to get a price speech on an item they did not honor their lower price guarantee and they gave me a different excuse each time so I'm writing a review to let people know that this company is not going to give you a low price guarantee. So this company deserves 1 star. Thank you.
