I have found that Sonnet’s support team is really helpful! Even assisting with older products that they don’t sell anymore. I don’t know if many companies do that. If any problem crops up they are there, and that is what keeps me loyal.

Word of warning don't buy from this company as they have a non existent customer support. Tried calling them this past week multiple times during their hours of operation with no call back or pick up. I am really disappointed in the lack of customer support this company offers. I purchased their eGFX Breakaway Box through Amazon and followed all of their instructions and ensured that my computer was compatible by using their compatibility chart, but unfortunately the thunderbolt port on the breakaway box isn't recognized on my computer. I was expecting this product to be plug and play with my laptop...boy was I wrong.

I love the quality of their products! I'm glad there are still companies like Sonnet who care about the build quality of their products in a time where cheap electronics tend to come from Asia. Their enclosures are rugged and their electronics are very reliable.
