Gouger! Charged \travel time\ when he realized the job didn't take as long as he thought; even though he did not disclose this fee when appt. was made saying he was \...going to be in the area.\ But then wanted travel time to and from the shop. In fact, did not tell any of the terms when service was ordered and only disclosed charges when job was done. Poor customer relations: he demanded payment when the job was finished, refusing to send a bill - which is standard and customary in any business - especially of an expense over 1,000. The owner was toxic and rude, trying to find any reason to increase the cost to us - I would never recommend him and wish I had not dealt with him in the first place. Be forewarned - he's not worth the hassle.
