Awful customer service to elderly gentleman! Implied that he never left his documents, then phoned next day they found documents, quoted a price and when he picked them up wanted to charge 3 times price quoted!!

Disgusting woman on the telephone. Just refused to mail off covid testing kit for my niece. Perhaps if she were educated and knew how the virus was spread she wouldn't be such an insufferable human being. Absolutely horrible, paranoid witch.

Just take your package to the post office, it’s cheaper, they treat you with respect and your package actually ships the same day you drop it off.

Paid for a Priority mail ship to Portland for Sonora. Took over a week to get there. When I called the office and spoke to the spouse of one of the owners she was inept and unwilling to help me find out why the package was delayed. No customer service skills at all. Personally I think these newest owners have no background in business or customer service. I did my own follow-up, was able to reach the post office in Portland that delivered to the designated address and they contacted me to let me know the progress. The woman at Pac N Copy tried to tell me it was delivered, when the website tracking information clearly communicated otherwise. Her tone was annoyed that I expected her to find out what happened since I paid her business for the service. I won't be going back there until maybe new owners buy it.

Girls are great. Always helpful and go above and beyond anything and everything I've asked of them. I'd recommend them for any business big or small. As a business owner myself.. I depend on them and they've never let me down their prices are fair and they hold true to their value as well.
