I was buying a jug of honey from the honor system honey hut and heard someone talking to me. I was surprised to look around the corner and see the owner, Keith, asking if I needed anything. I imagine I looked confused because I certainly wasn't expecting to talk to someone. However he was kind enough to chat for a few minutes and answer my random bee questions I'm sure he's answered 100 times before. Honestly I was impressed he'd take time from his busy day to chat and make sure I was able to find what I was looking for. This is why it's nice to deal locally. You can get raw organic honey at the store but you won't get the chance to talk to the person that harvested it. This will continue to be my go-to honey place. Thanks Keith!!!

Sweet Bee Honey deserves 6 stars. Any questions I had on the phone were kindly answered and it was so easy being able to buy the honey. My whole family could not believe the difference between their Wildflower honey and some publix honey we had lying around. We ended up spitting out the publix honey as it pales in comparison. Definitely going back to get some more asap as we ran through the 1 lb bottle.
