I reached out to Erica in late January regarding a space for my braiding salon. She was amazing and prompt with sending me floor plans pricing as well as informing me with detailed information on the different sites. My suite wasn’t quite ready yet but Erica stayed in contact with me on all updates weekly regarding my space sending me pictures ect. I also was not charged until I was physically able to go into my salon. I’m glad that I chose Souder properties over others that I inquired about.
