Bought our first travel trailer from Fretz. I have to say we went to a lot of RV dealers looking at travel trailers and they were by far the easiest to deal with and had really competitive pricing. Our Salesperson George was very helpful. Eric the General Manager ensured that we were completely satisfied with our purchase and answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of them lol. Brian the finance manager was extremely helpful in explaining the loan and all the paperwork and made us felt really good about what we were signing. Just an all around great experience in buying an RV. I was recommended from a family member and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an RV. Matt and Kerri

Purchased our RV from Fretz , my wife and I didn't know the first thing about owing an RV. After looking at a few RVs from private sellers we decide to go to Fretz. Al papa sales rep at Fretz took the time out to go over every single detail about the RV my wife and I were interested in. We left there with some knowledge about owning an RV. When we returned to pick up our RV, Al went over every detail again about the RV and even allowed us to record him explaining everything about the RV we just purchased. I could not be more impressed with the services we received from Al Papa and the Fretz staff. Al was easy to work with didn't try to nickel and dime us for anything. Definitely will recommend AL to anyone, and hope to return one day for a bigger RV. Thanks You Al and to the staff at FRETZ

We had a very pleasant buying experience at Fretz RV. Rick Hand was great to work with. We drove over 4 hours to their showroom and Rick was ready for us when we arrived. He took time to show us the RV we were interested in and answered questions that we had. Rick is knowledgeable and explained how everything worked. When we arrived to pick up the unit 2 weeks later, Rick again was ready for us and went through everything and answered more questions. A few days later he called to follow up and offered to be available if we had any further questions. I would definitely give Fretz a call if you are in the market for an RV and I would ask for Rick Hand.
