I recently got my piano tuned through Grafton Piano. I was very pleased with the service that I received. My piano sounds very pleasant now. They also were able to find out the manufacturing information of my piano and told me that my piano was made in 1953. That added information was pretty cool to find out.

I live in Pepin, Wisconsin and found the model of Allen Organ I was looking for at Grafton Piano in Souderton. I spoke with Dennis about the instrument, and it sounded perfect for me. I checked out their ratings online and found them to be excellent. I took the chance and made the purchase. They took care of everything, including finding the absolute best in transportation for the 1,100 mile trip. The organ arrived in perfect condition. I cannot say enough about everyone at Grafton Piano. The entire team was professional and courteous. Thank you, Dennis and Grafton team....if I could give you 10 stars, I would!

My son recently bought a Kawai CN29 digial piano from Grafton Piano. We initially started looking for digital pianos online, but after checking numerous websites for reviews and demos of the Kawai CN29, my son still wanted to try the action and hear the sound himself. Luckily I stumbled upon Grafton Piano in my Kawai internet search and found that they had Kawai (and Yamaha) digital pianos set up for display. Before going to the store, we were able to text with Jennifer and Glenn at the store to confirm availability, and they were very prompt in their responses. Our experience at Grafton was excellent - Jennifer was very helpful, giving my son as much time as he needed to try out Yamaha and Kawai digital piano models. We decided to buy the piano at Grafton, rather than online, once we found out that they have technicians that work for them; it's good to know that they will be able to help us if there are any issues with the digital piano. We chose to assemble the piano ourselves - they not only helped us load the box in our van, but also went over assembly instructions, which turned out to be very helpful. My son is enjoying practicing advanced level piano solos on the CN29 - he loves how good it sounds even with headphones. We are so glad we found the Grafton Piano & Organ Company!
