Our door....thermatru was purchased through Shelly's....it failed. 6 months after purchasing our home. After dealing with the builder walking away.. .thermatru passing the buck...and then bringing it to the distributor it was 2 years after we bought the home. Shelly's only honors door jambs for 1 year. Hearing the situation Christian D. said 1 year was their warranty and that's it. He offered to sell us another. Our builder (VINTAGE DEVELOPMENT)left us hanging. THERMATRU left us hanging. SHELLY'S left us hanging. These builders, suppliers, and their counterparts are all money hungry and have zero integrity. Great experience. They had several difficult to find screws in stock that were not available at Lowes or Home Depot. Sales woman was extremely helpful. Will return.

This place just continues to go down hill with what they have right now in stock. There was a time that you could get whatever you needed to fix or repair anything. Not anymore as they barely have anything. So this forces you to go somewhere else such a shame when this was a vibrant place at one time
