We tried to resolve an issue with Miguel and we didn’t get a resolution. Our next step is to file with the BBB Better Business Bureau. Paid over 4K! I’m a reasonable person, however, to resolve the issue Sounds Good Stereo asked for more money. Sounds Good Stereo not only forgot to return all original parts as requested, but they are also making me pay for (4 pieces) that they lost/misplaced. Our GMC Sierra kit lift was a fail and when the issue was noted we notified sounds good promptly and once again we didn’t get a resolution other then more money.

Very happy customer!! Incredible service here at soundz good stereo. They professionally installed my backup camera and pioneer radio. They also tucked my hand installed LED interior cord lights to make it less messy inside the truck. Everything was installed very well. Victor helped me out and I am so happy with his customer service! He will help you find the best bang for your buck. I will definitely be returning for further customizations in the future.

Came in early in the morning looking for a Bluetooth radio and my man Victor greeted me with kindness. Laid out a bunch of different options and prices at me which I appreciated. Got my car done in less than two hours. Great service great employees definitely recommend.

JAVIER SAVED THE DAY! I gave this shop a call after I found them on the Viper website as an authorized dealer. I called because I had a Viper unit installed by another company and the SmartStart functionality wasn't working. It turns out that the installer at the other company didn't activate my account, which is why I couldn't pair my vehicle to my phone. Javier was able to activate my account and get me connected to the car. Unfortunately for me, there still seems to be a problem, but Javier advised that I can get the part replacement and take it to their shop to have them install. He also helped with a few other issues I asked about and was extremely helpful. Recommend this shop highly!
