Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. 3 different \promise dates\ for delivery. Shame on me for letting it be that many. Last delivery date, his truck broke down, still waiting for that call back...do NOT USE. Google should allow no stars option, 1 is being very generous.

I will not recommend this company to anyone!!! Quick to take your deposit, but simply don't deliver. Worst customer service ever!
Company sells crappy products and does not warranty it either. Bought it from them because of the low price. But should have known better that the tradeoff was an inferior quality of the product. The glass chipped from the side within a couple of months and even the guys who work for this company did not clean up after the job was done. The glass was very dirty and I can still see the haze in the glass. Tried it with a commercial grade glass cleaner and had it cleaned up to a certain extent, where it is not noticeable now. Calling the office says that someone will return the call, but nobody ever does. They keep on taking messages. Will never do business with company again. These people are a bunch of thieves.
The owner was at my job for an estimate .It took 3 weeks for him to come, took 2 deposits for job and never showed up. everyday it was an excuse why he could not make it . when asked for my money back , he said he will not return the deposits, I highly recommend no one to use this firm, Very poor quality. The office staff has no answers on anything. Nor phone number to contact owner !!! very disappointed in South amboy glass works. Do Not Use This Company.
