My children are third generation SBCSC kids. I can't think of a better school system to send a child to for education.

As a student I wish I could rate it a 0. South bend truly doesn’t care about their. children’s education... How do I know.? I wait for my bus everyday & on multiple occasions it did not show up. No call, no notification, nothing ! The bus driving doesn’t get to the school until 4:20 pm when they’re suppose to be there by 4:08 pm. During extreme weather they don’t even let us sit inside & wait..... they makes us wait in the cold, or scorching hot. I’m fed up, they hire anybody off the streets. If you’re thinking about enrolling your children here please don’t !!!

I honestly don't understand all of the horrible reviews. If people really have a problem with busing, their are other ways kids can get to school.

I was troubled to read how poorly the administration has invested in it's own resources. I read today via the South Bend Tribune that the downtown admin building was being considered to be listed for sale and has an assessed value of 2.3 million. According to public records, the people of South Bend bought the building in 2005 for 600,000 and made 7,600,000 in renovations to improve the property. I would think that over this past real estate boom the property would sell for at least what was put into it. Unless the \smart\ public officials squandered our money to create a cozy space for them rather than for US. Wake up people and vote NO for the tax referendum coming up this May. Gentrification is upon us, and the rich want to push out the poor.

TRINITY BEAUGARD

I am a student at clay high school and I wasn’t having the best experience so i wanted to transfer schools. I requested to transfers to Washington high school 2 times, once in November and one in January. The school corporation didn’t get back to me until February 13th. I got denied and I am very confused. Kids who get suspended regularly or are in trouble regularly can switch in a heart beat and get accepted. I am an honer roll student and I never get in trouble at school. My attendance is a little iffy because my transportation. I honestly think they should have better judgement and Environments.
