The sheriff abused the NCIS background check system and got his asses tossed out. I made out that I was doing a interview for a local college, but yet, I was interviewing my competition but he didn't know that. Hehehe, the state NCIS background check systemwent to a sheriff in Newport county.

Although I respect our law enforcement agencies and people, I have to say taking 30 days to serve a summons in a civil suit and then joking about it to the person being served as a joke is not what I expected. Hopefully the person being served is lying.
