I should preface this by saying that I am writing this for someone else, but I was very involved in the home purchase at the time and am still involved with owning the home today. Worst home buying/building experience ever! The owner of this company is no good. She will cheat you every chance she gets. So many corners were cut. House was set wrong on the foundation, by the set crew. They also totally messed up when they \opened\ up the roof and overlapped it the opposite way. They tried to cover this up with extra ridge cap which didn't work. Cost roughly 20K to make all the repairs and we are still making repairs to the home today. Home was originally purchased back in 2007. Terrible! Avoid at all costs.

Lucille was a pleasure to deal with and did her job well . She made our vacation home happen. Buying a home is always stressful and has its challenges , but she pulled out all of the stops for us. Thanks for your hard work and our beautiful home
I am a tough new york customer and an interior contractor. I stopped in to see what was available by this place i passed over a thousand times, when I got there the office looked closed but was not, and I met one of the most comfortable saleswoman I have ever encountered and then I found out that she was also the owner. She took me around to see the various models and was extremely knowledgable on construction facts and figures. Well, when we sat down to do the numbers, it turns out that the square foot price of a complete, delivered home with all fit and finishes comes in at a number that I couldn't build it myself for and I'm in the business. not to mention the nice service she provides. Highly recommend
Had a great experience threw process until house arrived...my house arrived in oct and since then nothing but problems, cracked walls, which I get since your moving the house from factory. Leaking sewer, Jack's not installed properly under house 2 Jack's not even touching frame..wonder why things are still cracking not leveled properly and the list can go on and on.. stay away... I am adding this portion as I see future homes has responded just to my review but has not tried to contact us to make things right and now this is 7 months later. Tried putting central air on and does not work... Now may 27th 2020 and yes she called once this past sat. This is crazy everything she is writing a lie..factory came and installed tile after I called them its not factory's job to level house properly, or leaking sewer or back lights not put up, spackling cracked walls, moldings not finished I can keep going and yes any one will hold 1800 dollars when not completely finished and paying for another company to come finish what they did not.. just a warning
I was rudely confronted by an elderly gentleman, simply for pulling into the parking lot. His opening statement was a demand that I leave. There was no \hello\ or \how can we help you\. We have had no prior interactions, and will certainly have none upcoming.
