Needed to bring my vehicle in for a recall service. Pricing on an oil change that I also needed was very competitive. They kept me up to date on everything with my car, had ample seating for waiting, and overall extensive friendly and knowledgeable. Had a secondary issue with an oil sensor switch, and they were more than happy to bring me back to my vehicle to talk to me about the location of the switch as I was considering changing it myself and wanted to know where it might be. My residence didn't allow for me to change it due to where it was on the engine, but the mechanic was more than happy to discuss it with me. Easy to find location, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere all around. Definitely will check them out for future service and parts on my Kia.

My wife and I bought a 2021 kia telluride and our salesman was Rod Booth. This was the best vehicle buying experience that we've ever had. Every aspect was thorough and very well executed. I highly recommend Rod due to his expert knowledge and excellent people skills. Not only did he meet us at the door, he was with us throughout the entire process to include going over every feature just before we drove away. We had our title in hand for the trade in which we got a fair deal on as well. 2 hours from start to finish. Excellent team effort.

Usually don’t have any issues with customer service when coming to Colonial Kia. Been getting maintenance work on my vehicles here for years. Staff is always friendly and typically pricing is fair. However, this visit I do not agree with the pricing of services. I’m not an expert yet, I felt they were charging more than most for parts and labor. My husband had did a diagnostic on my car prior to coming in. The code showed we needed a PCV valve. We told them and they suggested a diagnostic test anyway. We agreed just in case although the charge was 55-120. Results showed a need for the purge valve replacement, cylinder four coil pack, fuel induction & a tune up. Everything would cost 800. This seemed high for a two hour service and for parts that would cost 200 or less. After declining the service we found that majority of the price was an increase in parts price & high labor cost. For example we went to auto zone & purchased the valve for 13. Kia charged 55 and labor was 110 per hour. Not saying they don’t do good work but for simple services I don’t know if I will continue to get my car serviced here.

Paul, Kim & Chad took great care of us this week after we had to jump into car shopping unexpectedly. They were patient, accommodating, thorough and NEVER pushy in the least! If their hard work and genuine helpfulness carry through to the length of our lease, I see staying with Colonial Kia for quite a few cars.
