This was my first time playing at iGolf and I have to say this was the most amazing simulated experience I have ever had. Compared to some other simulations the gameplay is much more realistic, shots count in all lies including adjustments when you hit out of sand and somehow detecting when you strike a tree or obstruction. Extremely realistic yet very user-friendly. Staff was courteous, fast, and selections were extensive for beer. Can't wait to come back in the next few weeks!

Great place to swing in the off-season. The staff is great a personable. They’ve done a great job at making sure the safety and experience of their customers is their main priority.

The facility itself is awesome I could see myself spending a ton of time there over the winter. However, the staff were rude and unprofessional. When I got there at 3 for the 3:00 time slot the guy working the counter was working alone and trying to get everyone out so he could clean the simulators and get us all in there. Since he was alone, it’s understandable that we didn’t get in until around 3:20, no big deal. When our time was up at 5:00 another guy came in and told us “5 wrap it up” which we took to mean finish this hole and get out. He came back in 30 seconds later “guys did you not here my it’s 5 let’s go get out” which just rubbed us all the wrong way. When we went to pay we told the guy at the desk (same one who checked us in) that we didn’t get in until 3:20 and he told us we went in right at 3 and charged us a full two hours. If you’re going to get us in late because you’re busy and working alone that’s fine no big deal, but at least be honest about it and don’t charge us a full two hours when we barely got an hour and a half. Just very unprofessional.

Great place to get practice in when it's cold outside. Play a round on some of the great courses of the world.
